  • 1. What services are included in the price?

  • 2. Can I smoke?

    Our buildings are a smoke free environment.

  • 3. How often are the studios serviced?

    Your studio will be ready on arrival. On every other 7th day of your stays we will change your bed linen and towels alongside completing a clean of your studio to ensure your stay is comfortable. Should you need anything else please contact us during your stay and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

  • 4. How does access to the building and studios work?

    You will receive a key card on arrival which will gain you access to our building, your Serviced Apartment Studio and other available facilities.

  • 5. What happens if I need to cancel?

  • 7. How do I connect to the internet?

    Simply click on the network: Unilife. Your password will be in your welcome pack.

  • 9. How do I use the appliances in the studio?

    In your studio there will be some clear step by step guides on how to use the appliances to make your stay as stress free as possible!

  • 11. If something goes wrong in my studio who do I contact?

    If you experience any problems, no matter how small (a broken fridge bulb for example) then report it immediately to our House Manager on: 07702903315 and we will arrange for any issue to be resolved as quickly as possible and will try to ensure you experience the least amount of inconvenience.

  • 12. Can I have visitors or guests in my studio?

    Please advise us on booking if you wish to have an additional guest in your studio.

  • 13. What happens if I lose my key card?

    We know that this happens, all you will need to do is make a quick call to our House Manager on: 07702903315 and we can get you back into your studio as quickly as possible. We will ask you to pay £10.00 for a new key card. Keep your room key card with you at all times.

  • 14. Who do I contact if there is an emergency?

  • 15. Are pets allowed?

    Unfortunately in the Unilife buildings we do not allow pets, the exception being assistance dogs. Please let our team know at the time of booking.

  • 16. What happens if I break something in the studio?

    Most of the maintenance we carry out is scheduled and proactive in nature. Should anything break down, we guarantee a speedy response. If you experience any problems, no matter how small (a broken fridge bulb for example) then report it immediately to our House Manager on: 07702903315 and we will arrange for any issue to be resolved as quickly as possible and will try to ensure you experience the least amount of inconvenience.
